Corporate Reputations  Media RepTrakCorporate Reputations helps clients assess the impact of media coverage on their reputation. Our approach uses the RepTrak™ framework, allowing for media analysis to easily be integrated into clients' reputation management systems (e.g. integrated with reputation/brand perception analysis), to examine whether and how media coverage is contributing to building up or breaking down reputation.

Corporate Reputations delivers client customised solutions that not only look at overall media impact on reputation, but also emphasize the impact on the characteristics and ideas that are most important to specific client reputation. This approach is better suited to looking at the strategic implications of media coverage (e.g. quarterly reporting), so is typically complementary to real time monitoring of coverage. Corporate Reputations also provides support for clients looking to further customise and enhance their existing on-going media monitoring and real time analysis.

Corporate Reputations' analysis is primarily based on a structured evaluation of coverage, using the RepTrak™ framework, by human analysts. This allows the analysis to be based on multiple media types (e.g. print, broadcast, online, blog) and evaluated across virtually all languages.

Corporate Reputations is flexible in meeting client media sourcing needs, using multiple vendors for data sourcing and analysis support around the world. We can support clients in media related vendor selection, as well.
